Description
Ciplar 40 MG Tablet is a beta-blocker medicine that is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), angina (chest pain radiating to arms, neck and back), and hypertrophic subaortic stenosis (an abnormal thickening of heart muscle). It is also used to prevent migraine headaches. In some cases, it is also used alone or in combination with other medications to treat heart rhythm disorder (arrhythmia). This medicine attaches to the heart and blocks certain molecules that trigger receptors. These receptors are responsible for inducing heartbeat, thus blocking it makes the heartbeat slow and lowers blood pressure. Your doctor may prescribe you a dose based on the clinical response to the medicine.
